Thirty kilometres in every direction
We deliver across Harare and out to the edge of the city. What you pay depends only on how far the courier actually rides, so here is every suburb we serve and which band it sits in.
The rings are to scale
Each ring is exactly one pricing band, drawn at the distance it prices. The suburbs sit on their real bearing from the CBD, so if you know where you are in Harare you can find yourself on it.
Distance is measured on the road the courier rides, not in a straight line across the city, which is why a place that looks close can price into the next band up.

Your customer sees where it is
Every delivery carries a tracking link you can pass on. It shows the stage the parcel is at and nothing that should not be public.
